Bridlington Football PDC

Welcome to the East Riding Football PDC | Bridlington Elite PDC Pathway

Within our Bridlington PDC setup we offer the talented young footballers of Bridlington the opportunity to further develop both on and off the pitch through additional weekly elite coaching sessions. Each session is managed by our fully qualified coaches who’s aim is to develop each players technique, physical ability and oversee continued progression over a period of time.

Our PDC in Bridlington is made up of the following age groups

Juniors:
Mini Soccer (3-7 years), U8’s, U9’s

Junior PDC:
U10’s, U11’s, U12’s, U13’s, U14’s, U15’s, U16’s

Full Time Football & Education program:
16 – 18 years

Exit routes from our PDC allow each player the opportunity to be scouted by professional clubs, apprenticeship opportunities and further education (university) qualifications. Alongside this pathway we also select players from each PDC to play first team football within a competitive league structure and national cup competitions – this offers possible contract terms.

Coaching Sessions:
All of our associated coaches are fully qualified to a high standard and experienced to offer each player the best development pathway whilst they are playing within the PDC. Each week the coaches plan a structured and player development session, these sessions will also include learning media experience, video review sessions, tactical development sessions and much more so that we offer a professional structure for each player to learn and develop over a period of time.

Personal Player Development:
Not only is our aim to further develop and progress each players football ability, we are also setup to monitor and review each players behaviour, mentality, focus and education progress on a regular basis. The PDC is not just purely about football however we are looking to develop each players off pitch development and mindset, creating the best possible focus on education and behaviour alongside seeing each player develop on a personal level means just as much as seeing their football ability progress.

For this we require the assistance of each players parents, teachers/school and regular coaching reports. Receiving weekly reports on each players behaviour, focus, school work, mentality and football ability allows us to plot a progression map over a period of time. Having this information is only beneficial from a parents point of view to see how East Riding Football Player Development Centre is having a beneficial impact on developing your child both on and off the pitch.
